Policies

Same Day Appts are subject to change . We advise bookings to be done for the next work day . If a change is necessary you will be notified by the business . If your schedule conflicts we will either reschedule for another day or refund your deposit.  

Any appointments booked online after 7pm for the next business day  should be scheduled for anytime after 10 am. 

Cash, debit and credit cards are accepted at CHECK IN. If you choose to use a credit or debit card a 5% processing fee will be added to your total. The processing fee is labeled as "taxes" during checkout.  A valid state issued or Military ID will be required for all credit card transactions  No exceptions!!! 

All service fees & deposits are non refundable 

We have implemented some new procedures to keep everyone healthy!
1. Visitors are not allowed while being serviced.If you bring someone to your appt who is not able to wait outside of our facility we reserve the right to cancel your appt without a refund  2. We have a NO SYMPTOMS policy! To maintain the health of our stylist and other patrons we ask that if you have a fever, coughing, sneezing, and/or any other contagious health issues, we will rebook your appointment for a later date.We reserve the right to immediately discontinue your service without a refund  if you display any contagious health symptoms .
